In regard to major school holiday closings, we follow the Penfield School District calendar. In the case of inclement weather, please tune into  YNN News (channel 9) for updates on TV along with our voice message posted on the studio answering machine.

There are no pro-rated classes (or months), and no refunds for absencess. If the student is absent for a particular class, they can "make-up" his or her class on another day (in another class). In regard to private lessons, "no-shows" will be charged. If you must cancel, please let the studio know at least two hours prior to your lesson. All class payments are due the first of the month. After the 8th, a $10.00 late fee will be applied to your account. This will be strictly enforced. A $25.00 non-refundable registration fee (per family), as well as September class payment is due upon registration.

*A written notice is required two weeks prior to withdrawal from classes. If a note is not given, the student will be charged for classes that following month.
